Inventory Orders facilitate the movement of products from your suppliers into your store’s active stock. This module acts as the connects your Supplier relationships and your Storefront inventory, ensuring that every purchase is tracked from the moment it is requested until it is shelved.

Synchronized Stock Management

Every order placed through the platform, once received, is automatically synced with your existing inventory records. This integration ensures that:

• In-bound Tracking: Stock levels reflect “incoming” quantities as soon as an order is confirmed.
• Automated Updates: Once a supplier fulfills an order, your storefront inventory is updated in real-time without manual data entry.
• Accuracy: By linking orders directly to established inventory items, you eliminate discrepancies between what was ordered and what is available for customers.

Note: Before creating an order, ensure that your Storefront Inventory and Suppliers have already been configured.
